We are so excited to be rolling out our Mission trips for 2026.  We are wanting to emphasize the LOCAL, DOMESTIC, and INTERNATIONAL Trip opportunities at this luncheon.  
Our hope is through the information you have received over the last month at church, as well as prayer you are beginning to reach some clarity in your next steps.

Our mission team is selling meals to be purchased the first Sunday of every month.
ALL profits will go to support our Mission Trips for 2026.

Join us for a special Sunday as we celebrate the legacy of Pastor Tim Passmore.

In between services, we will have a time to gather, in the gym, to celebrate the Legacy of Pastor Tim.

Tim has been the Lead Pastor at Woodland for almost 30 years. His vision and leadership led this community to reach those who are lost for Christ. We thank you, Jesus, for Tim and his leadership at Woodland for all of these years. Lord, we pray for Tim and the new adventure you are calling him to and that he would be a vessel of you to spreading the Good News. In Jesus' name, Amen.

We’ll begin the evening with a potluck-style dinner at 5:00PM, a time to gather and give thanks as a church family.
You can sign up in the lobby to bring a dish to share.

At 6:30PM, we’ll move into our Business Meeting, where we’ll review our annual report, discuss the future, and vote on new items as a church body.

This meeting is open to everyone, but only members may vote. We’re looking forward to an evening of gratitude, reflection, and unity as we celebrate what God has done and look ahead to what’s next for Woodland!

This beloved annual event is a special evening for students to enjoy a FREE full Thanksgiving meal together and invite friends who might not normally attend church. We’re expecting over 100 students and leaders, and we need your help to make it happen!

We are in urgent need of both prepared food donations and volunteers to serve during the event. 

Important details:
All food must be prepared and fully cooked before drop-off.
The Woodland kitchen opens at 5:30 PM and all food must be delivered no later than 6:00 PM.
Volunteer servers should arrive at 5:30 PM.

Your generosity and service are what make MEGA FEAST possible every year. We truly cannot do it without you!

Men! It's time for some friendly competition and serious flavor! Join us for Kickoff & Cookoff on Saturday, November 22nd. TIME TBD, more information to follow. It will be an afternoon packed with chili, football, and good fellowship as we watch Florida vs. Tennessee.
 
Think your chili has what it takes to win? Bring your best batch and join the cookoff or just come hungry and ready to eat. Either way we ask that you bring your favorite football appetizer to share with the guys!

USHERS/GREETERS
We need 15 people to be ushers and greeter  for each of the services-- 9am and 11am   Both services will be identical.  We will ask that you arrive at 8:00pm and 10:00pm (an hour before) the service you commit to so that we can give you and your parties your seats before everyone enters.
PARKING
We need 10 people for each service to keep the lot safe and transition well from 1st to 2nd service.

USHERS/GREETERS
We need 25 people to be ushers and greeter  for each of the services--  3:00pm and 5pm services   Both services will be identical.  We will ask that you arrive at 2:00pm and 4:00pm (an hour before) the service you commit to so that we can give you and your parties your seats before everyone enters.
Responsibilities will include
1.  Mingling with person in your section engaging questions to figure out if visitors.
2.  Handing out candles to your section if they miss them at the door
3.  Handing out kids coloring sheets and small snacks and candy canes to children in your section. 
4.  Answering any questions about Woodland or sharing the Sunday service information if asked. 
PARKING
We need 10 people for each service to create a safe and welcoming parking lot atmosphere for our members and guests.
